"I can’t speak enough great things about to specific gentlemen: Garrett and Roland.
First, let’s talk about Garrett. He’s one of the best! He has helped me so many times with car and life insurance things. Garrett proves to be very knowledgeable about all things insurance and knows what he’s doing. He is also very personable and easy to talk with! Talking to Garrett was like talking to a friend!
Next, let’s talk about Roland. In many ways, he is very similar to Garrett - knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and personable. While waiting for some information to load on his computer, we engaged in some casual conversation about weekend plans and some life events. Most people would think it was an awkward interaction, but it was like talking to a friend.
Hopefully when you call State Farm, either Garrett or Roland answer the phone!"

"Michelle and her team have taken care of us for years. Every time I call, which is very rarely because I can do most things in the app, I get a friendly voice, and amazing assistance. I recently bought a new car and the dealership offered to coordinate with my insurance, but I told them it was ok, I like calling them and it’ll take me 5 minutes. It took us 7 mins on the phone to do two cars, and I had the binder 3 minutes later. You can’t beat that!"

"The one and only insurance company I've ever used and I don't plan to change that! I've insured every vehicle I've owned since 16 with this office and they've always given the best rates and coverage. I've had a number of vehicles totalled by other drives, and each time State Farm made it right. I recently had to insure an obscure older vehicle and Katie helped me through the entire process. I wasn't sure what level of coverage I would need and she helped me pick the right plan, it's a good deal too! I've registered numerous antique vehicle with them as well with no issue. Really appreciate you guys!"
